Mrs. Averett’s class, along with the other second grade classes, have been learning about Westward Expansion. As they have been playing the game of Oregon Trail, they have learned about the life of Pioneers journeying westward, making decisions on supplies and navigating challenges of the journey. This has been a fun, engaging activity.

Kindergarten has a blast learning about coding robots! We have taken time to see how we can move the mouse robots from square to square and see how we need to be precise in giving directions!
Kindergarten had a blast on Friday celebrating their 100th Day of School! We enjoyed lots of fun activities while reflecting on all of the things we've learned that have made us 100 days smarter!!!

Mrs. Gammell's Fourth Graders have been having fun acting out our CKLA stories! We have learned about all kinds of characters and telling the mood of the plays.
These last two weeks in music we have been learning how to read treble clef. Last week we focused on learning where all the notes belong on the music staff. This week we had a treble clef relay race! Every class was split into 2 teams. They then had to complete several obstacles to place a note in the correct place on the music staff. #FalconStrong #TogetherWeFly

In Mrs. Haroldsen's 1st Grade Class we have been learning about how things are the same and different. In class we have been watching videos from Farmer Dale to see what is same and different about lambs. Farmer Dale made a special visit to our classroom and brought the two lambs we have been learning about. Students got to touch and learn in person about lambs.
